I was meant to see you video as looked for one to inspire me as a target member of 3 years 5 stone lost but would be lovely to shift a stone in 4 weeks before my upcoming trip abroad in 5 years with my 9yr old son. Target world is soo different to losing so I have to retain my mindset and eating habits again after 3 years and it ain't easy but I know it's possible if I put my mind focus on it 💪 Cant wait ❤ thank you for this chick. Well done on your success so far.

I’ve just watched 3 of your videos in succession and am finding them incredibly helpful and motivating. I've searched for you today as you were one of my fav RUclips and really helped me on my SW journey a few years ago. Im sorry to hear you've struggled so much and you have shown such resilience and bravery. Its so understandably to feel how you felt when life as you knew it changed so radically and without warning. Becoming a mum in itself is a huge life change, then losing a partner, your home, career etc. The feeling of betrayal and anger and having to put it all aside for the needs of your child is a challenge. Im glad your getting the support you need and I hope you are in a good place now. This year has been hard for everyone, hope your doing OK. Sending you good vibes.xx

After struggling to conceive for 4 years (had 1 miscarriages in between) I was diagnosed with fibroid and block tubes, when I went for scan ealiy February 2015 the scan results show that the fibroid was very huge 8.12cm. after a friend of mine recommended me to this herbal specialist whom helped me out with his herbs. You're glowing girl ❤ So pleased you've found love again. I know this isn't comparable to your situation but my 7 year relationship ended a year ago. We bought a house and a dog together. He left me, leaving me to sell the house on my own and dumped our dog. I KNOW how real that depression is. I still cry daily and I'm not sure if I'll ever crawl out of this darkness. I bought a new little house for me and my dog and I'm ok but hearing that you've found happiness again is just wonderful and gives me hope ❤

I started slimming world last week i was 16.3 stone my first weighting tomorrow im hoping I've lost some pounds i found it hard but ive kept to it fingers crossed 🤞
